Lime Creek Contracting is rooted here in Leelanau County. Employing our own production team and bringing to bear our hands-on experience with a fervor for doing things the right way.
For founder Matt Kuncaitis, building in Leelanau County isn’t just work — it’s a true passion rooted in pride for the community and its homes.
What began as a young man working for a Residential Builder and then a career in relationships and Utility Construction has graduated to local large scale lake home renovations and new construction homes, along with his own local farmhouse renovation grew into helping families throughout Leelanau create and improve their homes. Today, we bring that same dedication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every project, building homes designed to last for generations.
