Lime Creek Contracting was built with hands-on experience and a passion for doing things the right way. For founder Matt Kuncaitis, building in Leelanau County isn’t just work — it’s a true passion rooted in pride for the community and its homes.
What began with the renovation of his own local farmhouse grew into helping families throughout Leelanau create and improve their homes. Today, we bring that same dedication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every project, building homes designed to last for generations.
